I’m working out… I just feel like maybe I’m not doing enough. I’m tired but not always sore. I get exhausted during my workout though…. Patience is so hard to keep when you want somethijg so bad. I think my most challenging thing is a healthy diet, with just.enough money for gas I don’t have money for good food for groceries and I always end up eating bad dinners because my broke ass lives in a house with an empty pantry:(
Tomorrow mornig<3 pay day, and I think im going to go get a pedicure and find some cute shorts, besides my work out shorts.
There are to many myths about nutrition, working out, health and I can not express how stressfull it is trying to find the truth and figuring out what to believe and what to not believe. I wish it was all true. or the nutrition and fitness god would just come down and tell me all i need to know.
Gym was closed yesterday and didn’t get to go today, waking up early on my day off to go make up for the lost days. I forgot how.nice it is to go to the gym…. And how good you feel after Going.
Saw the …well ex boyfriend yesterday. Was really hard we talked. And might Try to make it better. Hoping for the best
Got my.gym membership today. Super excited. Going back this.evening for my.work out:D
Woke up this morning…. With super tight hip flexors… Can hardly walk today. Makes me.want to cry. I stretched and then it tightened right back up. Don’t know what else to do…laying down so its extended instead of sitting in a chair.
